# Smart Bundles

Smart Bundles are low-entry, discounted credit bundles that stay valid for 24 hours from purchase. They let you start sending with as little as KSh 100 without committing to a large, non-expiring credit load.

Bundle rates:

## How bundle credits behave

Smart Bundle credits are kept separate from your standard wallet so the expiry rule can never affect regular balances:

- **Separate tracking:** Bundle credits are tracked apart from standard, non-expiring credits. Your regular balance and volume rate tier are unchanged.
- **Consumed first:** When you send SMS, bundle credits are deducted before standard credits.
- **Expiry enforcement:** Unused bundle credits expire at the 24-hour deadline and cannot be recovered.
- **Distinct purchase:** Smart Bundles appear as their own option in the dashboard, separate from standard credit top-ups.

Plan sends within the 24-hour window. If a bundle is not fully consumed before the deadline, the remaining units expire when the timer ends.

## When to use a Smart Bundle

- First campaigns and pilots where you want the lowest possible entry price.
- Short, time-boxed broadcasts such as flash offers, event reminders, and same-day alerts.
- Testing message content or a new sender ID before loading standard credits.

For steady, high-volume traffic, standard credit top-ups remain the better fit: they never expire and unlock lower per-SMS rates as your load tier grows.
