Key answers

What is new in Bulkit 2.0?
Bulkit 2.0 rebuilds the portal around speed: contact importing, message composition, and delivery review each take under 60 seconds, with live per-network delivery charts replacing static report exports.
Do existing accounts need to migrate to Bulkit 2.0?
No. The new interface is live for all accounts automatically, and contacts, campaigns, and API keys carry over unchanged.

Bulkit 2.0 is the result of six months of intensive redesign, driven by direct feedback from our customer base. The goal was simple: make the most common actions — importing contacts, composing a message, and reviewing delivery results — take less than 60 seconds each.

The new interface reduces navigation depth significantly. Contact groups, campaign composition, and analytics are all accessible from a single dashboard view without drilling through multiple menu levels. The message composer now supports real-time character counting, Unicode detection, and automatic segment calculation.

Live delivery charts replace the old static report exports. As messages dispatch, delivery rates update in real time — network by network — giving you immediate visibility into campaign performance without waiting for a scheduled report.

  • New contact importer handles CSVs up to 500,000 rows with duplicate detection.
  • Real-time delivery charts by network (Safaricom, Airtel, Telkom).
  • Campaign scheduling with timezone-aware send times.
  • Message templates with version history and shared team access.
  • API key management with per-key usage limits and audit logs.

Bulkit 2.0 is live for all accounts today. Existing users will see the new interface automatically — no migration required. All your contacts, campaigns, and API keys carry over unchanged.

We're continuing to ship improvements weekly. The product roadmap — including two-way shortcodes, advanced webhook filtering, and email A/B testing — is visible to all accounts in the dashboard under Settings → Roadmap.
