Keyword Inbox SMS Webhook

Keyword inbox webhooks are useful when your application reacts differently based on the first word or command in the incoming message.

Endpoints

Bulkit delivers keyword inbox messages to your configured webhook URL.

Authorization

No API key headers are required on Bulkit webhook callbacks. Secure the endpoint with HTTPS and your own request validation.

Example

If a user sends:

BALANCE 12345

Your webhook can inspect the keyword BALANCE and trigger the matching workflow.

Implementation tips

• normalize keywords to uppercase before routing
• validate command arguments before executing business logic
• avoid long synchronous work in the webhook response path

Error response

Return 200 OK once the payload is accepted. A non-2xx response means your webhook did not successfully receive the event.
